I have taken all our vehicles to South Denver Auto for years. I have always enjoyed the personal service and trust their advice and work. This last visit was for a simple oil and filter change. A recent example that speaks for itself was a visit to have a backup camera in our Ford Expedition EL checked out. I had taken it to a local Ford dealership and had the camera replaced under a warranty about a year ago and had a lousy experience, not to mention a year later it was not working properly. Anyways, I took it in to South Denver Auto and left it with them. They checked it out and corrected a loose/bad connection. When I went to pick it up the tech explained what he found and I asked what I owed. They didn’t charge me. How often does that happen? I know it wasn’t a big job, but I guarantee it took at least an hour to get into the back hatch, fiddle with things to find the loose connection, and then button it back up. Car problems/issues are no fun, but I have had nothing but good experiences here.
