In the years I've been going to you. I've been very pleased with what you have done. My complaint istrivial, namely I had a 2pm appointmernt, got there at .1.45, car was taken in at 2.30 and I got out essentially at 3.30. Ihad plenty of reading to do. I would prefer your not publishing my review with my name.

As always, I was very pleased with my experience yesterday at So. Denver Automotive. They are courteous, the work is completed expediously, and I'm confident that it was done correctly. They recommend work which should be done which I appreciate.

delays because of wrong parts, etc. can't be helped, BUT are frustrating for all. Discounts or not could be more clear, i.e. so many punches, a free oil change, and the larger membership or discounts we purchased.

Always helpful, honest, efficient. Every experience has been good.
