From the moment you enter the front door, you realize this will be a different experience compared to big dealerships. Every where you look, the waiting area, the front order desk and the workshop are clean and tidy. The gentlemen at the front desk are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with the process of guiding you through the explanation of what is wrong with your car. If a problem is discovered during the repair process, they call & discuss it. So no surprises with the bill. I am a happy repeat customer!
