Speechless...the search for an honest mechanic can be quite exhausting. I recently moved from Seattle and in four years of living there and talking with every german car shop in town, I was resigned to the fact that the price gouging was to be expected. Until I came to Denver and found MB-clinic. My ml350 desired a B service and after reading the reviews I made the appointment. The service itself is 500 and I honestly expected to be presented with a estimate nearing 1000 or more. I know the dealership would not let me roll without collecting at least a few grand. ( Actually the dealer did not have a loaner car available but these guys did ). After a short time I get a call and an estimate of $300. ?? I was told that my car didn’t need a service B and why go to the expense. Instead they just attended to the necessary items and nothing further. I was expecting to give 550 and they easily could’ve got away with that and maybe a few hundred more. This breed of integrity coupled with quality repair work is unheard of...MB-Clinic is the unicorn for Mercedes repair in Denver ..you do not need to look anywhere else.

Just had my first experience yesterday and it was absolutely horrendous. This place found an issue with replacing my oxygen sensor which is understandable and I asked them to stop and leave my car as it was. They told me they'd speak with me about a quote for another repair when I came to get it. When I showed up no one spoke with me about the quote instead someone just informed me part of my grill came off when they popped my hood and they also mentioned they weren't an auto body shop so they couldn't fix it and that they had just put the piece in the back of my car....I was very disappointed and left. Then the owner called and tried to offer to buy a new one and the shop would put it on...even though I was told them aren't an auto body shop and don't do that...anyway that meant me bringing my car back to the shop which will never happen. Today I assessed the damage and they were all clean breaks in the grill which means they forced the hood open and didn't reach under to release the latch. This was all their doing which a decent shop would've taken ownership of. Don't take your car here they can't even open a hood.

A good, honest independent shop. Have done business with them for many years.
