Denver Auto Repair

I never write reviews, but this place is truly phenomenal. Having very little experience with auto repair, I am always reticent to trust folks to give me a good deal and do a satisfactory job with keeping my car running smoothly. This place is the ONLY place I will go to in the future for car-related needs. I could not be happier. I'm a money-conscious student with a 2001 Honda. The car has been running perfectly since I bought it about 6 years ago, so I was dismayed when the other day, my brakes started making an awful "nails-on-chalkboard" kind of sound. I pulled over to the first random auto shop I could find, but when I got in the the car with an employee for a drive around the block, we were perplexed when the noise simply stopped.The employee was exasperated and told me to come back if I had a "real issue". THEN, I pulled over at this place. I will never go anywhere else. Not only was the staff friendly, personable, warm, and funny, they knew EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle even though the sound coming from the brakes had stopped. Janet, one of the shop's owners, drove me home and told me the story of how her family had owned the business for about a decade. My car was repaired the next day, I got a discount coupon without even asking, and they graciously helped me work out a payment plan. My brakes had been completely corroded and are now running perfectly. THANK YOU so much for everything you do!! This is an AMAZING shop.

I trust these people. They don't make unneeded repairs, and what the do they do well. If something they have fixed stops working properly, they will repair it again for no charge.

Took a little longer than expected and what we were told to get the oil changed. I guess you had to locate the Prius's oil filter.

I am always impressed by your courteous and efficient service. This last visit on Friday, May 30th, the manager offered to drive home with me to unload a heavy lawnmower for me. I declined his offer since I had neighbors that would assist me, but it was so considerate of him to offer. Thank you again.

I went ahead with the $100+ plastic headlight restoration on my 2001 Camry. Original equipment. WOW, what a difference! WOW wow wow. Definitely worth it. The difference is like removing a veil from in front of your eyes. The brightness of the headlights is SO much more improved. I classify this as a safety issue. Don't think you will get the same result with a do-it-yourself kit. Someone at South Denver Auto told me they've had to rescue some of those results - !
