Denver Auto Repair

We have been taking our 2000 Chevy Suburban to South Denver Automotive since we got it in 2005. They have always been friendly, and we have never felt like they were pushing to do additional work we didn't want. In fact, there have been several occasions I have asked to have something checked (like the brakes), and upon inspection they have told me everything is OK. They are also very good at explaining the work they will do, and no surprises when we get the bill. I have called several times to ask questions without an appointment and they are happy to provide answers if they can. We have always felt like we are valued customers.

Dear South Denver Crew, My van is not the easiest van to work on and yet you always get it done in such a timely fashion. Who knew brakes aren't supposed to squeal when you stop? We have been taking our cars here for a few years now, and the service is always great. They never pressure or try to upsell, and only do the work that is necessary, even if initially I think that more needs to be done. They don't just blindly follow checklists, they actually make sure the work needs to be done before doing it.
