I had a coupon for a dirt-cheap oil change. I know they probably lost money on my service. However, when I left they told me there's nothing else my car needs right now. During a previous service, they told me my serpentine belt was wearing out and were happy to show me the evidence of it. There was no attempt to up-sell or to make me think I needed something I didn't. I haven't had any major repairs done here, but I think this is evidence that they're honest here. I would feel comfortable if I did eventually need major repairs. My only problem was that their online reservation system doesn't seem to work. Despite having a confirmation email for my appointment, they had no idea I was coming. Still, they were able to squeeze me in, hence the stars.

Despite being busy and a little short-handed that day, the service was prompt and everyone was very professional, advising me of issues they spotted as they went, resolving some, and never trying to "make the sale" for a service, just advising (and even telling me one issue probably did not need further attention at this point!). They did more work on my vehicle than I was scheduled for, and still had me out in one hour flat. I'm a fan!

This was my first visit and the service was excellent and the facility was clean and professionally run. Suggestions for any repairs were brought to my attention. Overall, a very good first impression.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I WAS IMPRESSED BY, NOT ONLY THE WORKMANSHIP, BUT BY HOW CLEAN THE GARAGE WAS KEPT. BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY WORK THEY TOLD ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE GARAGE WHILE THE CAR WAS BEING REPAIRED WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

South Denver has been great to work with. They were unable to finish my service in one day, therefore, rented me a car that they paid for. They've never oversold me services, I didn't need. They've always been very accommodating. I will continue to have my car serviced there.
