I've been a customer at South Denver Auto Services for years. It's the only repair shop where, while waiting for my car, I heard one of the techs patiently explain that she DIDN'T need the expensive repair another shop had insisted was unavoidable. This shop is staffed by great people. I've recommended to everyone I know in Denver.

Way overpriced and kept my car all day only to call at the end of the day and tell me that they'd have it to me halfway through the next day. I made an appointment and dropped the car off before the place opened with the understanding that they would have it done the same day. They had no remorse and did not understand why I was upset that they left me without a car for nearly 2 days. Not the place to go if you are looking to stay on a budget and want the service done in a timely manner.

Very pleasant and polite fo.ks. the waiting area is clean and comfortable and offered fresh brewed coffee. They provided a clear written outline of their findings and recommendations.

Easy to make appointment. Easy drop-off after hours. Good communication. Promptly repaired and returned the same day.

The staff was courteous and our vehicle was finished at the time promised. The shop was even able to shuttle me to and from home while the work was being completed. The transportation made my day much more productive than sitting at the shop. I will use this shop again in the future. Thank you.

Had my car towed here by AAA after the CV axles failed on 225. I was hesitant to leave my car here without talking to someone, but they assessed it promptly, called me with a complete quote, and had the work done the next day when I approved the work order. Smooth, painless, and friendly. I'll definitely be using them for future needs.
