Mike quoted me $1400 for a fuel pump swap out. Then charged me $150 for a diagnostic test. How can you rob people like that Mike? The part costs 80-130$ When I asked how much the cost of labor was he told me 200$ an hour. Are you joking me? Mechanics like this will overcharge you by 150% and not blink an eye. Good luck Mike.
Chaz sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quote. We did some research in your customer profile and it looks like the quote was $1040.00 and not $1400.00 which we agree is a big difference. It looks like though you pre-approved the cost of the diagnostic testing to determine your vehicles problem which is industry standard. Yes we understand you can always find parts less expensive but there are quality and warranty issues that allow us to only use high quality parts that we can warranty for 4 years or 40k miles. Chaz sorry that we were not the right fit to be your mechanics.
