Working with the staff at South Denver Automotive has been a wonderful experience. They offer honest and reliable service at reasonable prices. In a day and age where quality customer service is a lost art, the staff here excels above and beyond. In fact, I was so pleased with the customer service provided by Chris and Paul that I plan on making this my permanent auto repair and service shop. I initially brought my car in because there was a loose bolt in the trunk of my car that was causing the back spoiler to flap in the wind. The dealership wanted to charge me $250 for a diagnostic, which did not include whatever it would cost to actually fix the car. I felt a diagnostic was unnecessary because I already knew what was causing the problem. I went to South Denver Automotive and they fixed it the same day at a much cheaper rate. The customer service was impeccable and they even ordered a Lyft home while my car was being fixed. I have subsequently brought my car back when the check engine light came on and my car was diagnosed the same day and fixed in a timely manner. Paul was extremely communicative and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Thanks so much for taking care of my car and continuing to be the best!

I like they take the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. They don’t over promise and once offered a used part to fix my AC since the new part was very expensive. It did the trick and is still working.

I've been going to SDA for a few years now, mostly for general maintenance. SDA is a hidden gem. Attentive and responsive staff, reasonable pricing, and quality workers. I don't see myself going anywhere else in the future.

First time here & I will be back! They checked out my daughter’s older CRV. With older cars I need clear info & honest opinion from experienced mechanics on what to fix, what to wait on; and no BS. They were clear & trustworthy, with no BS :)

I was having issues with my electronic power steering (EPS) system and steering column after it shut off on me, and I searched hard for a shop with the skill and reputation to handle it. After talking with Sean on the phone, I felt confident bringing it in. Louis, Paul, and Sean took great care of me. The pricing was reasonable, communication was clear, and they even gave me a lift home after I dropped my car off. Honest, professional, and highly recommended.
