My wife and I are from PA. Last week we were visiting my daughter and son-in-law in CO. We were traveling North into Denver on I-25 by exit 197 when a large piece of metal came loose from beneath a tractor trailer and severely damaged our front right passenger tire and rim. After we were struck by the piece of metal, I was able to guide our vehicle safely to the side of the highway. Thankfully, none of us were hurt and that it didn’t cause a bigger accident involving other vehicles. But we were extremely shook up from the experience. After waiting around two hours on the side of a very busy highway, our vehicle was towed to South Denver Automotive. It was after hours so I was up all night wondering if my vehicle could be fixed in time as we were planning on driving home within the next two days as we had to get home on schedule for work/family commitments. The next morning I spoke with Paul and explained the situation. He was friendly, calming, and understanding. He was able to help us out with a new rim and tire and have us back on the road in two days. I can not say enough about how appreciative we are and how much their kindness meant to us as being from out of state and in a situation like I described is not something I would ever wish on anyone. If I could give them 50 stars, I would. And if I was from the Denver area, I would only go to them for my vehicle servicing needs. Thank you again to Paul and everyone at South Denver Automotive for helping us out of a bad situation.
