In a day and age where quality customer service is a lost art, the staff here excels above and beyond. In fact, I was so pleased with the customer service provided by Chris and Paul that I plan on making this my permanent auto repair and service shop. I initially brought my car in because there was a loose bolt in the trunk of my car that was causing the back spoiler to flap in the wind. The dealership wanted to charge me $250 for a diagnostic, which did not include whatever it would cost to actually fix the car. I felt a diagnostic was unnecessary because I already knew what was causing the problem. I went to South Denver Automotive and they fixed it the same day at a much cheaper rate. The customer service was impeccable and they even ordered a Lyft home while my car was being fixed. I have subsequently brought my car back when the check engine light came on and my car was diagnosed the same day and fixed in a timely manner. Paul was extremely communicative and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Thanks so much for taking care of my car and continuing to be the best!
