Recently my senior dad was having transmission problems and unable to drive the car. I live out of state so I looked online for auto repair shop reviews and tried to pick out a shop that had good ratings. I was looking for one with experience, reliability, honesty and good communication. I called a few shops including South Denver Automotive. I was struck by the immediate call back and the knowledge of Paul. I decided to get an evaluation there and was given the name of a tow company to get the car to the shop. They diagnosed the transmission along with other issues and sent me paperwork showing the cost of each needed maintenance or problem. My questions were answered with patience and professionalism. We were able to determine which issues we wanted to tackle right away and which we wanted to wait on. The staff continued to keep me informed of the progress being made. The vehicle was finished in a few days and the staff was kind enough to drive the car to my Dad’s house, about 2 miles away. All of this was communicated from our state of Washington. If we lived in Denver, we would be taking our own vehicles to South Denver Automotive. Thank you and all your staff for your help!
