They build trust with their customers and that is a refreshing trait in today's world. Recently I had them get to the bottom of a wheel balancing problem I had with my Mercedes sedan. A dedicated tire shop just couldn't get the balance right, and I was concerned I had a wheel, suspension or alignment problem. South Denver took a look and knew how to fine tune the balance on my wheels and the balance is spot on now and the car drives like it is on glass! My car did need an alignment and they spotted some significant wear in a suspension component (it's a 1999 sedan!) which needed to be addressed. They communicated well on their findings and their factory certified tech took care of my problems. Mike the manager is superb too! My bill was reasonable and my car drives like a dream. No matter what make you have, South Denver Automotive is a top quality, professional shop that can service your vehicle and keep it happily on the road for a long, long time.
