After visiting South Denver Automotive, I was unhappy with services at first, but Mike immediately reached out and wanted to help solve what needed to be fixed. I was extremely appreciative of the time he took to reach out to me. The customer care here will be remember for future services and was happy that Mike was persistent to make services right.

I brought my car in due to a rattle/ banging sound that is very distinct in the rear of my car. I was told that they "fixed" the issue and when I got there and drove my car around the block, the noise was still there. I was told "you drive a jeep they are made of plastic so they are loud." I am very aware that there are common squeak in my car from a previous detailing I got done weeks before, but a distinct rattling sound has absolutely nothing to do with cleaning services that were done with the car. I was charged for the "service" done on my car, but I should've been told that they did not fix the rattling sound in my car. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency that was said about my vehicle.

You can trust him to save you money and time. This team is professional and HONEST I went first to another shop and received a nonsense quote for a tire! I am relative new to Denver and I have found my new auto repair shop for all my car repair needs. Great job!
