Despite being busy and a little short-handed that day, the service was prompt and everyone was very professional, advising me of issues they spotted as they went, resolving some, and never trying to "make the sale" for a service, just advising (and even telling me one issue probably did not need further attention at this point!). They did more work on my vehicle than I was scheduled for, and still had me out in one hour flat. I'm a fan!

Most of the time I'm in and out without any issues, and I trust them to do a safety inspection with my oil changes. If there is a maintenance issue, I always appreciate when the guys take the time to explain the problem, why it's important to fix, and what options I have.
