First, this is addressed to Ellen. I, Bernie, do the interaction with you. Second, though I think I could save money elsewhere, it is worth it to me to deal with people who obviously know what they are doing and can do it so well.

Everything was great except I found that the hood had not been securely latched.

The guys at South Denver Automotive were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I've been taking my car here for years and now that it's 11 yrs old I have problems with it all the time but these guys never encourage me to do more than I need to do to keep it safe. It's a foreign car and I never question whether these guys have the knowledge to correctly repair my vehicle. If you gotta pay someone, pay these guys.

Every one is pleasant and thoughtful there.They will look up anything they do not know in their heads all the time. It is a calm, quiet atmosphere. It's easy to read while you wait.

Staff are very educated and professional. Work was done in a timely manner and very dependable. Great customer service and friendly approcable staff.

Even though I did not have an appointment, I dropped my vehicle off at South Denver Auto Services(SDAS) due to an unidentified engine noise. It was raining heavily at the time and I was given a ride to my work place! Within 2 hours I received a call from SDAS. They had diagnosed the problem. In addition, they brought to my attention other potential problems they had noticed. A price for repairs was given and kept. I always look for honesty, fair pricing, and timeliness in any business I deal with. I was happy to find all 3 at this repair shop.

These guys are great. If your looking for a mix of a small mom and pop with the professionalism of a big dealership service or the like, then go to South Denver Auto. For that matter, I've had much worse service at large dealerships, so save your time and money and just drive past the dealership.
