I called this shop to get a second opinion on a service estimate for my 2011 Audi TT. I had taken it to the dealership where I bought it from since I am new to the Audi family, but wanted a price check from a non-dealership shop. I spoke with Drew and he was so pleasant and helpful! He talked me through why the dealership would have been recommending those services, gave me his prices, offered to do additional testing so I felt more comfortable with a decision, etc. I ended up letting the dealership do the service, but more so out of convenience since my car was already there. I will certainly remember this shop though! Very knowledgeable and warm to talk to!

They took my old car in even though I had no appointment....and had an intermittent electrical warning light coming on and off. They replaced the alternator and serviced a couple of other minor items - all same day. Straightforward friendly and reasonable service.
