Excellent service, quality work, friendly staff. These guys are a pleasure to work with. They take the time to listen to their customers and provide quality parts. Their workmanship is unmatched in Denver. Have been going to this shop for all my auto work for the past 15+ years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Did I mention, they work on any brand and get the job done right the first time.

Amazing work done by an even better team. The hinge on my car snapped, and they were swift in taking me in, taking a look at the problem, and giving me a guesstimate within hours. They told me that I would probably have to wait a few days-for parts to come in and for time to free up on their schedule. But this was not the case! They called me the same day and told me everything was fixed. In addition to this, they fixed a horrible squeaking noise on my car, without me having to ask. In the past, I've definitely been taken advantage of at mechanics (I'm sure because I'm a woman). But these guys were honest, fast, and so kind to me. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I am so thankful!

I've been coming to South Denver Automotive for about a year now. They have always been extremely friendly and provide great work. They even offer drop-off and pick-up services, so I can get back to my house while waiting for my car servicing. I regularly price compare auto repairs, as it is always expensive and I feel ripped off. These guys always stand up to their quotes. I feel relieved to find a reliable and affordable auto service shop. As with most people, I tend to write reviews when I'm upset with the product, rather than satisfied. I get it, but it makes it hard to get accurate reviews. However, my experience with South Denver yesterday inspired me to write this. I purchased their discount card when I first started coming. The $70 purchase has already paid for itself after 3 visits. Anyway, I came in yesterday and realized I had lost my card. After explaining my situation, the owner broke policy and issued me a new card. Such a huge gesture of good will. They didn't have to make an exception, but they did. This is the place to go when your car needs a car doctor. I was impressed with the friendly staff, on and off the phone, a super clean restroom, (hey that's important for girls), a clean and cozy waiting area, and honest mechanics. My car pronounced it's displeasure suddenly with blinking maintenance lights all across the dashboard, after having moved to Denver. I was sure it was related to the new car wash in my development, where after parking into a tight stall, a fire hose is used to blast the exterior with a powerful gushing stream of soapy water. Yes, a great toy for a teenager to earn money and experience the thrills of military training. Myself, it knocked me into a wall, ricocheted off the ground, while firing off blasting water like a projectile in a circle, and made me ever glad I have avoided the knowledge of firearms. However, my car was really crying for regular maintenance, so I called several foreign car mechanics, and obviously this garage ranks in the top five stars, and I can see why. They methodically check your car for every possible detailed imperfection, and only by appointment, so they don't keep you waiting. Some people can leave their car there for the day while the super mechanic gives it a complete check up. They might drive you home if the distance isn't too far. Once your inspection is done, the mechanic sits across from you in their parlor, going over every detail of the inspection with a cheerful smile and a calm manner. You are given choices, suggestions, made fully aware you can have needed parts replaced elsewhere; and they are there if you wish to return, like a parent offering open nonthreatening suggestions. Yes, I will return if need be. Yes, they are completely trustworthy and honest. The manager is totally honest and runs his business with class and integrity. There is also a horticultural nursery down the block to go visit while you are waiting for your mechanical baby. My car runs smoother now, thanks to these guys. And she's a sensitive car, so I know her engine is running better because she was treated with respect. I recommend this garage and give them five stars and two thumbs up.

I highly recommend South Denver Auto. They are honest. I am always skeptical of mechanics but after using them several times I will not go anywhere else. They have worked on both my car and my mom's car several times and each time they give us options and do not pressure us into high dollar repairs. The office communicates with me excellently and in a timely way and they are always very quick with our repairs. Don't do the dealership experience anymore, they are crooks. South Denver Auto is the way to go if you want real honest people that have customer service instead of thinking of you as a number in a queue.

I highly recommend South Denver Auto. They are experts at what they do but most of all they are honest. Several times they have worked on my car and my mom's car and have given us options instead of trying to intimidate us into a costly repair. They communicate with me quickly. The front office and the back are run extremely well with excellent customer service. I'm done with the big dealership experience and run around. I will stick with South Denver Auto.

Long story short, my A/C repair became very complicated and instead of continuing to make both of ourselves extremely frustrated, South Denver Automotive came up with a solution that made me an extremely happy customer. I would recommend them to anyone. They put the customer first.

These guys are awesome. Their customer service and communication is unparalleled. When I dropped my car off, they warmed up the courtesy loaner for me. When I got in, I noticed they'd even turned on the seat heater. Prices are fair and they are always honest when evaluating repair needs.
